report from Rae from Travels With Miranda

Had a nice stay here sleeping in the back of my truck in the RV (sandy) part of the parking lot. I noticed a few back in RV spots with electrical hookups. If you don't need hookups, you can park across that lot against a marsh and listen to the birds. No need to register. There's a restaurant overlooking the water park with a simple menu at very good prices.

Good overnight option in an area with few alternatives

Great for an overnight stop, nice flat lot. There seems to be some confusion over the directions. The ones provided are technically correct, but that will take you right to the front of raceway. However, if you turn LEFT on Jefferson and RIGHT into the raceway entrance, you will be at the back of the lot and away from the main traffic.

Great Location For a Few Nights in St Louis

This casino is well located near the interstate for a few nights in St Louis. Take the second exit on the roundabout to get to the big rig parking area. It is fairly flat. You don't need to register, but security did appreciate that I called and asked for permission. I stayed three nights and they said that was not a problem. The casino seemed pretty average, lots of slot machines, with half of the casino not...

FHU For $10!

Casino has an RV park on the edge of the parking lot. FHU, $10 a night plus tax. Electrical wiring is good, plumbing needs some work (early in the season, so they get a pass), sites are reasonably level. Easy access from the highway. The pictures are still accurate. Great location.

Free RV parking is behind the motel; nice treed area with lots of space to park and stay hooked up to a towed vehicle. There are power hookups, but they are off; I would not trust them if they were on. Site is not maintained (could be the season). Parking allowed for a couple of nights max. There is a gift shop, bar, restaurant, and gambling hall on site. Definitely a good place for an overnight.

Casino is located about 30 minutes south of Coeur d'Alene and is undergoing some major construction. RV parking is about a block away on an uneven gravel lot with a very rough entrance. No registration is required and there's no limit (within reason) on stays. A minibus offers rides on the hour from the lot to the casino and you can get a ride back at any time. The casino is dark and smokey.

Good secure overnight spot in Florence. Up to seven nights allowed on a gently sloped lot (good signage at entrance directing to RV parking). Warm welcome. $10 of free slot with player's club sign up. Just a few miles from services in Florence.
