Boondocking is free, on a gravel lot far south of the casino building. Problem is they allow only 24 hours parking then you have to leave. Hardly worth the drive from Seattle.

Well things have changed since the 10 years ago we were here. There is now a gravel lot to the south of the casino that is not level but doable, I was able to level okay with levelers, some others had to block things up some. I've been in worse lots. Usual check in at Hotel desk and they give a pass but 24 hours only. They said it can be extended with permission of the higher ups. I guess if you use your card and prove you are donating... Really enjoy the smoke-free casino, that seems to be the going trend now.
Had meal in the brew pub and we were both pleased with food and service. Fuel on site at good price, didn't fuel but will hit it in a day or two when we come back by.
I didn't see a high level of security in the parking lot but could have missed them making the tours.

I called to see if i could reserve a space as last time they had just started the expansion and moved me to the south lot. since space was limited i figured id call ahead this time and get a reservation with the hotel. I was told they are not allowing rv's to park overnight due to the expansion and lack of parking. I doubt the parking lot will be full on any weekend as it is pretty large. oh well, i enjoyed this casino in the past.

The casino is under a major expansion, the old area where you could park is now gone. as a result there is no more rv parking with electric hookups. only dry camping. Check in with the hotel staff now, not the gas station. very unlevel parking on the south parking lot now. call to verify spaces are available.

This Casino is not too far from where we live. We occasionally stay there if we plan on being late. When they built the hotel the did away with a very good RV area. Now they have a small lot that is un-level and only have a few hook up sites. The bad part is if you stay there its 20 bucks for Dry camping! We typically just park in parking lot away from everyone else. they don't seem to care and if you are dry camping its better than paying 20 bucks for an un level spot with no hookups/wifi or anything. The Casino is decent, the food in the brewery is really good. the lounge usually has good music on the weekends.
over all a good stay, just stay away from there so called RV area. Unless you are lucky enough to get a hook up site but I have never seen them empty.

this casino charges $25 for the 4 spots with electric and for $15 you can dry camp. most spaces are not very level, call ahead to reserve the flat spaces. i got my rig pretty level with leveling blocks on one side. you can stay for 5 days in a row. 40 miles north of seattle. a smaller casino but nice staff.

We stayed many times in the RV area over by the gas station. It was convenient and with your paid site fee of $15 you were given a few coupons. Over the last couple of years the coupons reduced in value but it was still a good place to stay. We were very surprised when they eliminated the RV area which had electric hook ups for each site. The whole area was paved over. I was talking to an employee and asked what the deal was. He said the Casino is leased and on Tribal land so they have no say about changes. The parking lot, which now includes the old RV area, is ridiculously enormous. They could never accommodate the crowd if every parking space was used. It's funny that some casino's perception is that rv'ers don't spend money. Most of us gamble AND eat and drink in their restaurants. We really liked Angel of the Winds but until (and if) they put in more RV parking we'll stay free at Tulalip or pay $30 at Swinomish on Fidalgo Bay where they welcome you.

My first and last RV stop to this casino. To be honest, the casino was quite pleasant. The food was quite sad. That being said, for an RV spot, it sucked! The only thing offered was a $25 spot with electricity only in a parking spot in a parking lot. Loud vehicles driving through all evening, testing the max of their speakers systems bass was our entertainment all evening. That's why RV'ers are separated from general parking. To me its simple, invest in about 30-50 full hookup sites not too far away from a casino entrance and they'd have a destination Mecca for RV'ers. Every RV park was filled up in the surrounding area.....think about it....

They have made further changes at Angels that show they do not care about RV gamblers.
Last fall they did away with most of the electric sites, paving them over. They do have a boondocking area north of the casino. They now charge $15.00 a night to boon dock. There are 4 electric sites which they now charge $25.00 a night. No coupon book either, With the addition of their hotel I guess they no longer want or need RV gamblers. Too bad - it was a fun place to visit in the past. Also heard there is a drug problem in their parking lot. Further they have tightened their slot machines (guess they need to pay for the hotel and also their fancy new Admin building).
Casino is smoky, food is terrible, they have restricted their comps. With so many choices within a 30 mile radius, go elsewhere.
In my opinion, head down the road to Marysville (10 minute drive). The casino there welcomes RV with open arms. Free boondocking (wish they would add electricity). Security is present frequently making you feel safe. Many more food choices in and outside the casino. Other things to do with your family. Better choice than being stuck in the middle of nowhere, at a place that doesn't value RV gamblers.

So SAD.... MOVED RV parking LOCATION behind the casino. 4 RV sites w/shared electrical & 17 Dry sites behind Casino. Very poor electric if anyone else is there. They repaved all the old sites and made them car parking and tore out the electric boxes. All RV parking is behind the casino now. The verizon signal was very poor behind the casino. No wifi available back there either. Electric sites 1 & 3 would be the preferred sites as the electric box is at the corner. Site 2&4 you need an extension cord for the electric to reach around your rig to the box. Site 4 is more angled down so you have the front of rig up quite a bit. They did put it 17 newly paved dry sites. Sites closest to the road are level, farther away from the road the sites get angled downward more. Dry sites are first come first served. You need to register with the gas station clear on the other side of the casino lot no matter if you dry camp or use the electric sites. $15 + tax for electric sites. Dry sites are free.
This use to be the friendliest place...., it's gone downhill as they add and renovate. We ate at the buffet as usual but my beverage didn't come until I was done with my dinner, stalling before dessert. Hard to wash down dinner without anything to drink, not even water.

Changes at the Angel of the Winds Nov 2015
Things are under construction at The Angel. As of Nov/15, RV parking (Dry ) is at the paved north parking lot. They still want you to register at the Gas Station (south area) but there is no charge. There are still 3 electric hookups here but may be for disabled only(?) Hopefully they will once again create proper power outlets on the property soon,

They've created a new, paved parking area for RV dry camping. The sites are well marked and long. They are located on the north side of the casino. The gravel area previously used for dry camping is being paved into another parking lot. The electric sites (fee) are on the south side of the casino. We found the grill/fast food very well priced and good tasting. The players card gets a 15% discount on dining and 7cents/gallon of fuel. We got diesel for $2.47 a gallon! Wife played the slots, but came away poorer. Casino staff was all very friendly. Happy hour is $2 domestic beer, house wine and well drinks and 50% off pizza.

Got a casino card and got $5 cash, discount off dining, and a 7cent/gallon discount on fuel. Diesel is available the gas station, which is next to the RV lot.

LOVE THIS CASINO. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, there is an RV park area ($16.00 night includes tax)BUT you can dry camp(free) in the gravel area next to the RV park area. Had Nachos in the bar- Fantastic- uses Prime Rib chili. The bartender told us drinks are ALWAYS Happy Hour price out on the gambling floor. Otherwise Happy Hour in the bar is 3-5 PM. Club card gets 15% off food. Fun books given -1 for each night of stay in the RV park area. Using club card got 7 cents a gallon off their already decent price at the on site gas station (not the one on the freeway). They are in the process of smoothing out the "dip" in the entrance road. Putting in a hotel. Stayed last week and came back again....

It costs $18 a night but you get a coupon book with deals that are worth more than $18 especially if you gamble. The players card gives you a discount at the gas station. We often see RV's and trucks parking overnight for free at the end of the parking lot. Electrical hookups only and some require a long extension cord. None of the spaces are level and all are back in. Water and dump station are located at the end of the parking lot. Security is always patrolling. We like it and stay often.

We have stayed at the Angel many times over the last few years. To get a spot with plug ins, you need a reservation in advance for the weekends. We have dry camped there numerous times, and as long as you stay in the area for RV's , there is no problem for overnighting. (The info on the Angel says no overnighting but no problem)

Report from GLC, August 9, 2010
Visit date July 13, 2010. We were two couples in 40' motor homes parked here for 3 nights. Rate was good, $15 a night, we only used elec, no H20, which was available. Sites were back-in, had to raise the front of our coaches really high to be level, had to use extra step stools to get in and out of our rigs. Wi-fi was very hard to get inside but could get it outside sometime while sitting in a chair but couldn't read our screens due to sunlight. Dump station was available, very low on the outside, very high next to the dump. We had to pull 1/2 way out into the parking lot so sewer would dump. It took us each about 30 minutes to find the perfect level. Food was very good, had two wonderful buffets and 2 breakfasts. Nice rural area, very quiet.

Stayed at the Angel of the Winds last week. $15.00 for electricity, sites are somewhat level, lock on the box that requires you register (they gave us a few benefits when we registered).. We stayed before the "campground" when it was very unlevel. I'd have no problem staying there again, great food at the buffet, okay casino, quiet, and very friendly people. Great alternative to the Tulalip, especially if you require AC for dogs on board (and if you have a noisy generator as we do).

$15 night with 20 and 30 amp hookups. Dump station with fresh water on site . Bring plenty of levelers as the wide spots have a lot of slope to the front. Side-to-side is fine. The power pedestal is shared between two spots so a long cord is a necessity. They also have free wireless. Not the strongest signal but good enough
They seem to take reservations as we parked in one and went to register and the said that it was reserved for the night. (Space #7, go figure. Never thought to check on # 11 or #13.)
Hit the combination buffet/sitdown restaurant on crab night. Wow, Good eating. Price on menu items seemed inline, They have a nice patio seating area with a large fireplace and a very pretty waterfall feature.
Watch the drive when exiting as it has a nasty drop off with signs that more than one got too close to the ditch
