We drove over to Harrah's tonight. They do have signs pointing to the RV parking area in the North lot. In the North lot is a sign that says "no permit required for RV parking". I don't know any other details and I wished I had taken a photo of the parking lot. It's very large, paved, and level and could hold fifty rigs. There were no RVs parked there and the casino looked kind of dreary compared to the bright, appealing Ameristar casino.
