We usually love this RV Resort and have stayed here many times. We have a 43 ft diesel pusher and most of their sites are easy in and out. However, we stayed there on the way to Eugene 11/22/23 and were given site 76. I did let them know when we checked in that we had a 43 ft motorhome and were towing a Bronco. The park was less than half full. The curtesy driver took us to the site, drove through and left before we had even started to pull into it. The site we were given was right after the refuge area and that blocked us from turning wider to go in so we were over the grass area in order to get into the site. It was dark and the next thing we knew, we heard a crunch and out motorhome was hooked on the pole marking the site. This pole is black when viewing through the mirrors and did some damage. When the curtesy driver came back after I had walked to the office, he told us that he would have had them switch sites if he had known before they issued a number since this site was such a tight fit. We were not allowed to move until security came out and all they did was give us some cards for tow trucks and mobile rv repair places. When we talked to the loss manager, we were told that they take no responsibility and that the curtesy driver stated that he had never told us that.

Additional area for overnight stays

The RV park price keeps climbing, but there are are dry camping options for overnight stops. As previously shown, there is the lot next to the casino. But, the tribe has installed a rest area just outside the RV park that also can be used for an overnight stay. Truckers and RV travelers use it. We stayed overnight on both the way south and coming back north in June. The parking lanes are long, and wide enough to allow slides to be extended. The added benefit are restrooms at the stop. For smaller camper vans, the auto section is also a good option.

It got a 5-star because it's free. The RV parking above the fuel area is fee based. The free dry camp is beside the Burger King. Lots of large spaces. It's about 500ft to the casino from the far end of the dry RV parking. Another poster said if you got a Players Card it came with a discount for fuel. Fuel is already generally cheaper than off the interstate, Covid times Nov 9, 2020 I've been thru twice in the last 6 weeks and the dry camping was wide open, It's a great first day's run from Seattle. The food is good but not outstanding, There is even a free waste dump at the south end of town, just over the bridge.

Stayed 12-17-18 on way to CA. Last year it seems we paid $45 less Good Sam, but this time $65 less the discount. Not very full, so maybe they needed the $$. But, it is an excellent park with nice clean restrooms with showers. Buffet is good and reasonably priced. Next time we may try the truck spaces, as another reviewer did. An overnight stay doesn't need a full service slot in an RV park, when an electric hookup is available for heat, etc.

We've stayed twice before at the RV park, but this time they didn't have room for us because all the larger spaces were taken (we're too big, 68' total fifth wheel and HDT). We didn't realize that everyone else would be heading south at the same time! So we parked in the upper truck parking lot where there was plenty of room and it's free for dry-camping. Joy of joys (in December when it was pretty frigid) we discovered that many of the spaces had ShorePower. For $1 per hour plus $1 for the hookup we were able to have electricity overnight and run the heaters instead of using up our propane. AND we were able to make coffee in the morning. The lined sites were large enough that we felt ok putting out the living slide before going over for dinner, and the bedroom slide after dinner when there was no one in the space next to us (all while staying within our lines). Lot is marked as a NO-generator zone where the ShorePower is, but the truckers kind of ignore that. It was ok, we'll still stay here again. The buffet is good, and the slots weren't so tight that it wasn't fun for some cheap entertainment. It is the perfect distance when traveling I-5 between WA and CA. We stayed here 12/28/18 for one night.

Beautiful RV Park. Small fenced dog area nicely maintained. My husband used the Casino. We ate at the buffet. The only redeeming thing was it was $10/pp. this is a perfect distance to get over the mountain pass between Oregon and California.

Solid, safe place we stayed at last Saturday and had the prime rib buffet for $19. Good, reasonable priced gift shop. Beatles cover band was playing. Grabbed players card and got discounted fuel the next morning. There was a strange encounter with a homeless or drunk who walked through the lot around 2:30 and touched our motorhome while babbling, but a Stern voice sent him on his way.

Off I-5 at Canyonville, 7 Feathers is an excellent dry-camp or RV park stopover along the freeway. The lower parking area (opposite Burger King) has large-rig lanes and is a short walk up to the casino. Free shuttles are also quite frequent. The buffet was very crowded so they had a "wait" line where one went to reserve a space - mine took about 30 minutes. They will either text you when a space is available or give you a pager for the same purpose. The food was much superior to my previous visit so gets a good rating. The tribe also operates a full Service Center truck stop across the highway from the casino (access underneath via a tunnel) with good prices for fuel. Overall, everyone seemed friendly but the casino proper was very crowded. Slots are slots - I won $0.43

Made wrong turn just after freeway exit - with benefit that this took me to the RV Park, connected to, but separate from, the actual casino. Once redirected, I found the North lot at the casino. Here, one finds free parking on RV-size marked pavement with plenty of room, far enough from the highway that noise was not an issue. Shuttles run frequently to the casino though it is only a 10 minute walk away. Slots and games all look the same to me - I'm sure they gave me a credit with the player's card but can't remember walking back to the coach with a pocketful of cash The buffet was very good and would have been excellent if they had offered roast beef. I was a little miffed because they ran out of fried chicken and the server told me it would be another 12 minutes to produce more - mashed potatoes and gravy just aren't the same without meat. Actually, I found some really good meatballs and made do with them. As mentioned by others, fuel is available at a good price - this in the most expensive state I travel, so its a good idea to fill up, even though fuel in Oregon can be cheaper

Hit this casino on way down to SoCal and on way back. Excellent RV setup with good facilities. Got good rate on way down as it was winter $19/night. On way back it was more expensive but 20% discount with casino card helped. Very friendly staff both at RV site and casino.

This is becoming one of our haunts. All around a good place. My only complaint is that the dry lot spaces are not wide enough. When your neighbor crowds you so you can't open the door without hitting their rig tends to upset one. For dumping and fresh water I go to the county park, Stanton, down the street, but they recently bumped price to $10 from $5.

Don't pass this by

As always a great place to overnight or two. There are two RV parking areas one on the south side and one on the north. We prefer the north. Level and clean asphalt. Depending how busy they are security will enforce the parking lines. Security staff all polite and shuttle is always there to take you up to the casino. Like most casino parking lots there are no services but there are plenty of trash cans and a lot of I-5 rest stops have dump stations.

October 17th 2011.. The best rest in the west as I like to put it. I am told you can park in the casino lot for free but why would you. For $34 a night you get a 60' pull through with 50-Amp and ALL services including a beautiful BIG indoor pool and spa/hot tub. Make sure you get a players card for another 10% off at the campsite and 10 cents off the already cheapest fuel in the west. There is a free (tips are welcome) shuttle bus that comes to the RV lot every 5 to 10 minutes to take you to the casino so don't try to walk it unless you want to stretch your legs for a 1/2 a mile give er take. Food was good value but no buffet Monday to Thursday during the winter months. Diesel was $4.05 for cash every where else but here it where it was only $3.73 so arrive with an empty tank and leave happy. This casino RV area gets a 10 outta 10 every where you look and it deserves it. I stay here EVERY fall and spring and so should you.. Enjoy

March 8, 2008

-from Fran, March 8, 2008 We stayed here both on our way down to Arizona and on our way back in January and February, 2008. Since my husband is native Indian, the resort gave him a special discount (just show status card) and we paid only $23 /night for a pull thru. This is a beautiful resort, they told us it is #1 in Oregon, and #6 in all of the US. It really has everything (swimming pool all year, Jacuzzi tubs, exercise room, laundry, great showers) and we enjoyed it so much and will return often. The casino was fun, lots of machines, great food in the Buffet. Never waited more than 7 mins for a shuttle bus to the casino. We also dry camped 1 night in their free RV parking, and was well lit, clean, comfortable, patrolled by security and the shuttle bus drives thru there very regularly. I totally recommend this to RV'ers.

June 2007

-from F. Lucht, June 2007 The old Seven Feathers RV Park no longer exists the new one is open, but a little expensive for me. The Dry camp is still in place and the shuttle will come pick you up. I believe they are still using Channel 14 on you CB to call for a ride. They do have a very good restaurant in the Casino. If you go in casino and get one of their cards you can get three cents off your fuel at the truck stop on the other side of the Freeway. They own it also. Correction on one of the comments stated that the Casino is at exit 100, but that should be Exit 99 on I-5

August, 2006

-from readers John and Jane W., August, 2006 Seven Feathers casino in Canyonville OR no longer allows the use of the small inexpensive RV park. They are honoring only those reservations made by last Aug 1. We are having to use their new RV RESORT, which will cost as much as we ever pay--almost $40 if we use our club discount and nearly $30 if we join their "player's club"--and that's during the week! Too bad! However, the amenities look very nice. Addendum to report sent a few days ago regarding Seven Feathers. We did get a space in the original RV park, as they weren't full of people who had reserved prior to August 1. We watched as they changed the sign from reading $14/$16 per space to $26/ space. I assume this is happening to prepare people to pay the $30-$40 for the resort across the street. BTW, although we had made a two-night reservation at that resort, when we called to see whether we could cancel it, we found they had no record of the reservation. Good for us this time; perhaps not so good for someone else at another time? I don't know how much of this info is necessary to share, but I would want most of it.

-from reader M. Terrile, June 2006 Stayed overnight in the RV park which cost $16 for a pull-thru site with all utilities and a small grassy area. Well worth the money and with a shuttle to the casino and a good buffet it was a good stop

April 2006

-from reader I. Mathany, April 2006 Seven Feathers Indian Casino in southern Oregon is always a great stop. Seven Feathers is a mile post 100 on I-5 in south-west Oregon. There are two lots for motor homes. The regular lot which accommodates the 30/40 footers plus the truck lot that will easily handle the 45' footer pulling a toad. A call on the CB will bring a jitney to take you and your party to the casino where there are several restaurants of varying levels of grandeur. We always stop on our run from central California to Olympia Washington. Food is very nice and not expensive. Buffet has a nice selection or you may order from the menu. Very nice 'Non-Smoking area' We have never tried to stay more than about 16 hours as we are motivated to travel. I am sure a stay of several days is not a problem. Seven Feathers also has an RV park with hook-ups. We have never looked into the service or the costs. I am sure they are very reasonable.

- from reader C. Randle, April 2006 This has become a regular night's stay for us. Very handy and even shuttle service to the casino. One time we were in need of a shower and discovered the casino offered deep discounts on rooms if you join the Players Club. Nice place and the profits go to very good use.
