As other have mentioned the RV parking is located to the left as soon as you pass the main banner. Proceed past the asphalt parking lot to the gravel. There are no trespassing signs posted after the gravel. So stay between the asphalt and the signs.
They have on site garbage cans that are emptied daily.
It is quite a hike to the casino, but you can call them for a cart ride.
The casino is very clean, a good variety of slot machines, lots of entertainment going on. The food is great.
Please be respectful and only run your generators for a couple hours at a time.
Make sure to sign up for you players club cards.
Potable water: Free @ Love’s Truck Stop
Sewer dump: Free @ City waste plant

The title was more to get you to read the review. We stayed for five days December 1st through the 5th with our travel trailer. Let me just say this, there was no trash laying around, the noise from the highway was not bad however the noise from several in-considerate RVers with construction grade (loud) generators was almost unbearable (Thanks to others who used their solar panels and quiet generators) the location to the casino is a four minute walk, the lot as you can imagine started filling up near evening but there was still plenty of room even with 30 rigs. Security came through several times a day, so, all in all, it was good. My big complaint was those people that drove through the dirt lot at a speed that kicked up a lot of dust. If you were outside when they drove by you got a good dose of it and your rig really got dusty. It seems that those that drove through fast kicking up dust were also those that had the construction grade generators. I reconnoitered Spotlight 29 a much smaller and not as nice casino just a few miles away and they have a paved lot. I may stay there next time to avoid the dust. Stay safe out there, be considerate of others and leave your camping spot cleaner than it was when you arrived, safe travels.

As soon as you turn left to pass under the banner sign, make sure you turn HARD left again, past the buses and trucks to the flat level gravel space occupying about 10 acres - that's where you park RVs.
Short stroll to the casino, where if you sign up for a players card and spend $20, you get another $60 in points.
Good eating in the buffet, where the range of food and deserts is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive.
Plenty of slots and table games and tournament opportunities too.

We stayed here in late Jan-early Feb for two weeks. No problem. Nice enough. There's some traffic noise from I-10 which you notice a bit more at night, but it isn't that close so it's not a big problem. There's plenty of room, and unlike what one reviewer found a few months earlier, there was no trash or mess. In fact now they have a couple trash barrels which get emptied each day, although with 25-30 rigs here now they do get filled up.
There's a free dump just a couple miles away (rather amazing nowadays) and you can get water at the Love's truck stop, also a couple miles away. Shopping isn't that far away either.
The casino is nice enough, although there are no drinks stations and the only freebie beverage we noticed was coffee and powdered creamer from a cart. But then we weren't looking for any so maybe we missed something there. They had a great signup promotion: you get your club card, play $20, then you get $40 to play with. Payout seems typical, some good, some bad. If we'd played just the first two days we'd have said it was terrific payout. If we'd played just the last two days we'd say it was bad. In other words, sometimes you eat the b'ar, sometimes...
Lots of room to walk, and behind the casino near the hotel there's a beautiful area with plants and water features, plus some wooden benches which are actually pretty comfortable plus some chairs with nice thick cushions. Also fruit trees, although the remaining grapefruit were just out of reach. :)
We would definitely stay here again.

unpleasant parking
While I really liked the casino, and it was very kind to me, the dirt parking was really depressing. There was garbage and nastiness all over, discarded tires and dumpish junk everywhere, even my dog was a bit offended, although interested in all the food garbage. Not fun. Spotlight, very nearby, is much nicer to stay at.

The large gravel RV Parking area isn't owned by the casino. However, many RV's stay in this lot for long periods of time without issues or problems.

I stayed for several weeks, only leaving to dump tanks at the nearby free dump site at Valley Sewer or fill up on potable water at the Loves Truck Stop, both about 5 minutes away. Made several friends here who also stayed for a period of time.
Feels pretty safe as security comes through several times per day. Dog friendly! I noticed a lot of people with dogs and there is a large dirt lot behind the parking area where travelers and locals take their dogs out to play.
This will be a regular stop for me when I am in the area.

All the comments made in the past still apply. No problem for us to stay in our motorhome for 3 days. Looks like there are a few long term residents. We never checked in with Casino security and we never saw a security patrol in the lot. Makes you wonder if the lot is even part of the casino. Signs still there that say no overnight camping, but it must be some kind of legal disclaimer. We never felt unsafe but in other casinos we appreciated the security presence.
The casino is very nice and the fast food joint was cheap. There is a better dining restaurant that looks reasonably priced and even a Starbucks.
There's a free municipal dump station 5 minutes away, over the freeway, take the first left. Really good dog park on the way to the dump station next to the animal shelter.

Report from "Wanderin", January 2010
The Fantasy Springs Casino is easy to find if you're traveling east of Palm Springs. Just take the Golf Center Parkway exit and follow the road north and then wrap around to the right with the road. The parking lot for RV's is on your left as you enter the casino area. It is a large gravel parking lot across from the casino. We were amazed at how many RV's were actually staying in this lot. However, since the lot is so big it still isn't packed. The sign indicates no overnight parking but security really doesn't care how long you stay ... within reason I'm sure.
The casino offers a newcomer's incentive by giving you $50 worth of play for $20 when you sign up for their Player's Card. This is a big enticement.
The lunch buffet is $12.99 but it is fabulous and I do mean fabulous. The food is elegantly displayed and the desert bar is overflowing with luscious calories.

Report from Kent and Margaret, November 21, 2009
We camped here for two nights. The parking area is a gravel area across the street from the casino. This is just a parking area which has signs "No Overnight Camping" but when you call security at the number listed they say to camp as long as you wish. They do want you to come to the casino and try your luck. There are fine restaurants there.
The experience here is totally free dry camping with others camped nearby. There is no dumpster for trash so just take it to your next stop. Since the parking is close to the Interstate, it can be noisy. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Report from Larry S., January 26, 2008
I called Fantasy Springs. The person I talked to said they have a stay and play policy. He also said if you call ahead and the Casino doesn't have a large function going on you can stay in a paved parking area to the West, across the street. At any rate they want you to check in with security.

from reader C. Randle, April 2006
We stayed there one night in November. The "No Parking" signs are very confusing. I parked in front of one while I walked around the parking lot trying to figure out where I could settle down for the night. I ended up just parking behind another rig that had been there for a couple of nights. We were not bothered. I never did figure out the "No Parking" scheme but I came to the conclusion that they are attempting to keep unmarked driveways clear.

Rather nice as casinos go...with a half way decent buffet too. Apart from the usual gambling den flooded with noise and neon, the hotel and restaurant part of the casino is surprisingly upscale.
We could care less about gambling, but if that's important to you, plenty of opportunities abound.
Lots of "water features" all around the grounds, with some very nice landscaping, complete with flitting hummingbirds in the hibiscus garden, and grapefruit laden trees.
We were happy with the restful areas to sit outside scattered with chunky mission style upholstered furniture, and a big dirt parking lot out back for your RV.
Signs are posted that say no overnight parking or camping, but one guy said he'd been there for 18-days without a problem. There was an average of 8-10 rigs there each night, plus a few truck drivers. We stayed two nights and nobody batted an eye.
They seem to have a surprisingly good lineup of entertainment in their Special Events Center. Bonnie Raitt coming in February, as well as Alison Krause. The Event Center is adjacent to the RV parking lot, which is actually their special event parking.
So I suspect you might get chased out if you try to stay there on one of their big entertainment weekends.
