We have stayed at the Angel many times over the last few years. To get a spot with plug ins, you need a reservation in advance for the weekends. We have dry camped there numerous times, and as long as you stay in the area for RV's , there is no problem for overnighting. (The info on the Angel says no overnighting but no problem)

We stayed many times in the RV area over by the gas station. It was convenient and with your paid site fee of $15 you were given a few coupons. Over the last couple of years the coupons reduced in value but it was still a good place to stay. We were very surprised when they eliminated the RV area which had electric hook ups for each site. The whole area was paved over. I was talking to an employee and asked what the deal was. He said the Casino is leased and on Tribal land so they have no say about changes. The parking lot, which now includes the old RV area, is ridiculously enormous. They could never accommodate the crowd if every parking space was used. It's funny that some casino's perception is that rv'ers don't spend money. Most of us gamble AND eat and drink in their restaurants. We really liked Angel of the Winds but until (and if) they put in more RV parking we'll stay free at Tulalip or pay $30 at Swinomish on Fidalgo Bay where they welcome you.

It costs $18 a night but you get a coupon book with deals that are worth more than $18 especially if you gamble. The players card gives you a discount at the gas station. We often see RV's and trucks parking overnight for free at the end of the parking lot. Electrical hookups only and some require a long extension cord. None of the spaces are level and all are back in. Water and dump station are located at the end of the parking lot. Security is always patrolling. We like it and stay often.

The casino is under a major expansion, the old area where you could park is now gone. as a result there is no more rv parking with electric hookups. only dry camping. Check in with the hotel staff now, not the gas station. very unlevel parking on the south parking lot now. call to verify spaces are available.

They've created a new, paved parking area for RV dry camping. The sites are well marked and long. They are located on the north side of the casino. The gravel area previously used for dry camping is being paved into another parking lot. The electric sites (fee) are on the south side of the casino. We found the grill/fast food very well priced and good tasting. The players card gets a 15% discount on dining and 7cents/gallon of fuel. We got diesel for $2.47 a gallon! Wife played the slots, but came away poorer. Casino staff was all very friendly. Happy hour is $2 domestic beer, house wine and well drinks and 50% off pizza.
