This casino campground is different. They currently have over 350 spaces and are in the process of adding more. This is a great destination campground. Pine Top and Show Low boast all the amenities of a big city with a country feel. Many come here to escape the heat of Phoenix and surrounding cities in the summer. They have a monthly rate of $460. Nearby campgrounds get %650 per month. It is not laid out like a normal campground. Every space is in the woods. Snakey roads through out are easy to navigate. Mostly back in sites but easily accessed.

Report from James M., May 15, 2010
The RV park rates are now $27.00 + tax per night with full hookups across the street from the casino. They also have a "dry camping" area for $10.00 per night + tax it is an empty lot in the RV park right on the street across from the casino.
The Players Club card gave us $5.00 to play and 2500 points to spend in the restaurant or hot dog stand. (about $6.00). The food was "okay" nothing special. The slots were fun to play as we seem to keep hitting the "feature"- watched lots of people getting the "features". Played in the card room both nights - seem to always have at least 3 tables- tournaments almost everyday. Has a gas station/mini mart with the cheapest gas prices in town.

Rates update on the Hon-Dah Resort Casino RV Park in Pinetop, AZ: $24.00/day $135.00/week $357.00/month. All-inclusive. No tax. At that daily rate, I can't afford to gamble!

Owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe, Hon-Dah RV Park has 250 full hookup sites, satellite TV, telephone hookups, a dump station, laundry, and is right across the road from Hon-Dah Casino. Located in the tall pines at 7,200 feet, this is a popular summer getaway. The campground has daily, weekly, and seasonal sites.
DO NOT think about dry camping in the casino parking lot! Having owned the weekly newspaper in neighboring Pinetop-Lakeside, I know the White Mountain Apache tribal government very well, and they are committed to maximizing every penny from their facilities. If you try to dry camp free, their security people will very rudely and forcefully ask you to leave ASAP. The casino parking lot is rather small and would not hold a big RV anyway.
The slot machines are fair, I've won a bit and lost a bit on different visits to the casino. They have had some good older acts appear in their lounge (Herman's Hermits, Charley Pride, Dan Seals, etc) and the restaurant serves up a nice meal.
