not rv friendly town, go to Walmart in evergreen

Black Hawk not rv friendly, called many casinos and went to many to see if i could park overnight. was told go to Z casino, was told the town has a ban on overnight rv parking. left and stayed at the nice Walmart in Evergreen Colorado. I didnt spend a dime in Blackhawk, i would have if they would allow me to park overnight. forget central city too, no space there for any rvs from what i could see. sorry Blackhawk there are too many rv friendly places in the USA to bother gambling in your town when i cant park there.

THE GAMBLERS EDGE RV PARK IS NOW OPEN - A KOA CAMPGROUND.... $39.95/NITE + TAX. WAS TOLD THIS WAS AN INTRODUCTORY PRICE SO I IMAGINE THE PRICE WILL BE GOING UP IN THE FUTURE. Was only impressed with the view from the top of the mountain above Central City. Was not impressed with the park- for the price BUT it was the only place in town to park.
