Reports indicate there is no longer a shuttle from
Miner's Mesa and it's unclear whether RV parking is still allowed there.
The former Gambler's Edge RV Park is now re-opened as a KOA and is listed

nearby at Miners Mesa and take a free shuttle to the casino.
