- report from David S, January 2010
Visit January
14th, 2010 A purposely prepared site is now available to RV'ers with clearly
marked spaces. The RV area is now to the left of the entrance and not on the
front parking lot. An excellent overnight stopover, well lit and secure.
- report from Ed M., July 24, 2009
I recently stayed
overnight at the Smith River Casino, CA parking lot. I talked to security
because of the listing of 'no camping' and found them to be very helpful
even suggesting one area of the parking lot with shade that was posted "no
overnight camping". Very friendly.
- report from reader Karen B, March
3,
2009
We were planning
on spending the night here but they have moved the RV parking to one of the
front lots and in that lot there are now many signs
saying No Overnight Camping.
Note from Casino Camper, March 2009:
Bummer. We really liked stopping at this casino. Hopefully they
will resume RV parking in the future.
-CasinoCamper Report, July 13, 2007
A small casino, but clean and nice with very
good RV parking and a view of the pacific ocean. If you like
table games you'll be disappointed as there was only one table, blackjack,
that I saw. The video poker is "Fair". Quarter VP players best
bet is 9/5 JOB Progressive at the bar. Dollar players will find 9/6
JOB and 8/5 BP on the wall near the players club. Points are good for food,
casino merchandise, and cash back. Restaurant is good and reasonably
priced. Click photos below for larger view.
- report from reader Karen B, April
2007
Follow the RV parking signs to the side parking
lot. The RV spaces are marked with extra long stripes. The casino is
fairly small.
- report from reader E. Snider,
September, 2006
Take road beside casino, turn right at RV
sign. Fifteen long slots at front of parking lot for dry camping. Paved
lot, well lit & quiet. |
